Refunds follow the store’s return and cancellation policy. Once the store processes the return, Tabby will start the refund: - If the refund is less than the remaining balance, your future payments will be adjusted. - If the refund exceeds the remaining balance, future payments will be canceled and the remaining amount refunded.
How long does a refund take? - In KSA and UAE, refunds go back to the original card used, within 10–21 days (for Mada cards). - In Kuwait and Bahrain, the refund goes to your Tabby wallet and can be used for future purchases.
